Membership

Any Russian juridical person active in the following fields can be a member of RSPS:

• Companies involved in production, supplying, research of juices, nectars and juice containing beverages, raw materials and equipment for juice industry
• Companies involved in providing informational, educational, consulting, technical or supplying cervices
• Any other enterprises and organizations interested in development of Russian juice industry

There are three categories of membership in RSPS:

• Permanent members
• Associated members
• Observers

The Permanent and Associative members via its representatives have the rights:

• To profit by services of RSPS on a beneficial terms
• To take part in RSPS activities, to participate in regular annual General Assemblies and extraordinary RSPS meetings with the right to vote and to be elected
• To nominate candidates for RSPS Board
• To submit for consideration of RSPS bodies proposals and remarks on the matters regarding RSPS activities, its bodies and members
• To receive from RSPS all necessary information and documents included into agenda of General Assembly of delegates and to receive the resolutions of RSPS committees
• To leave RSPS at the end of the fiscal year
• To participate in all events (conferences, symposia, round tables, exhibitions etc.) organized by RSPS
• To mention on its headed papers and seals their affiliation with RSPS

The Observers via its representatives have the rights:

• To profit by services of RSPS on a beneficial terms
• To take part in RSPS activities, to participate in regular annual General Assemblies and extraordinary RSPS meetings with the right of deliberative vote
• To submit for consideration of RSPS bodies proposals and remarks on the matters regarding RSPS activities, its bodies and members
• To receive from RSPS all necessary information and documents included into agenda of General Assembly of delegates and to receive the resolutions of RSPS committees
• To leave RSPS at the end of the fiscal year
• To participate in all events (conferences, symposia, round tables, exhibitions etc.) organized by RSPS
• To mention on its headed papers and seals their affiliation with RSPS.
